Breathe in slowly and count slowly 1, 2, 3
Hold the breath and count 1, 2, 3
Breathe out slowly and count slowly 1, 2, 3
Repeat 3 ti mes. (more if necessary)
Tell your self- It's going to be OK. I can do this! (parents too)
