Now that the school year has officially begun, it's time to think about classroom yoga. Children need to learn to stretch, breathe and rest before they test. Learning to calm nerves and relax before an exam is a proven way to achieve the best grades possible. And it's just fun! I'm looking forward to some 3rd grade classroom yoga this year.
