Need to feel happier during this longest -shortest month? Try giving and receiving more hugs, it really helps. If you don't have someone to hug right now, hug yourself. Cross right arm over left and give yourself a big squeeze. Then cross left arm over right and squeeze. This opens up the upper back, releases tension in shoulders, back and neck and will help you relax and feel happier.
