1. Thunder Pose. Stand tall and brave, feet planted firmly in the ground. bend knees and hug your knees so you are in a tight ball....waiting for the next BOOM. When you hear the thunder JUMP UP and yell BOOM! Try to be louder than the thunder:)

2. Lighting Pose. Stand sideways feet apart knees slightly bent. (think about how you would look on a surf board). Wait for the next lightning bolt....when you see it quickly put your arms straight out to each side in a long line, a lightning bolt! Hint: this is Warrior II pose slightly modified.
There is no wrong way to get through a storm while playing yoga.
Try making up your own "storm" or "fireworks" poses!
