Begin by laying on your back. Bring knees up to chest and give them a hug. Rock and roll your way from a "pile of snow" to a big "snow ball". Try this 3 times for the snowman's base, middle and head. After you are a complete snow man, stand tall in snowman pose with arms out like sticks. Then, imagine the sun comes out and melts you into a big puddle on the floor and relax, ahhhh.
Yoga snowman can melt and be rebuilt as many times as you'd like!!!! Have fun:)
