Yesterday I taught a wonderful group of families at the Johnstown Children's Museum. There were 14 little preschoolers there all giggling and laughing and having a fun time playing yoga. At the end of class we all sat on the parachute and practiced our nap time stretches. After they were all settled down and relaxed, the children practiced "changing their dreams" so if they ever have a bad dream at night they know what to do. These kids were wonderful! As always, I look forward to our next yoga class!
I am a mama of 2 wonderful little girls who inspire my work as a children's yoga instructor every day.
