Too Blessed to be Stressed.
I encourage you to take some time out of your busy schedule to quietly and calmly play some yoga with your family. Connect with eachother in a playful and peaceful manner. Try these fun yoga poses.
1. Turkey pose- this can be what ever you feel like today! Waddle around, flap your wings and make Gobble Gobble sounds until you smile.
2. Pumpkin Roll- lay on the end of your yoga mat and roll yourself up in side it like a dessert pumpkin roll!
3. Bake a Pie- Roll the dough using your imagination. Bake the pie by reaching out and putting it "in" the oven. Take a few deep deep breaths as you smell the pie baking.
