Spring is so close. The birds remind me of some important and fun yoga poses for you and your kids. Try tucking your hands in your armpits and making your elbows be your wings. Now hop around the room like a bird in search of food. Next spread your wings and flap your arms up and down making your favorite bird call.
Kids love acting like birds in "bird pose." But did you know that hopping for 3-5 minutes each day and/or moving your arms in big motions helps activate your lymph nodes in your neck, head and armpits. Activating these lymph nodes helps boost our immune system!
