1. Setting Sun- sit "criss cross apple sauce" on your pillow. Raise your arms in a circle above your head. Slowly fold forward as if you are a setting sun. Feel the stretch in your back and hips, breathe....
2. Baby Moons- Still sitting crossed legged, put right hand down on pillow, stretch left arm up and over head bending like a crescent moon. Feel a good side stretch. Try both sides.
3. Reach for the Stars! - Reach right, then left, then right, then left, hands way up in the air, reaching for Dream Stars. Catch one! The brightest stars have the best dreams in them!!
4. Finally, lay in bed, relax and breathe. Look up and pretend you are looking at a million stars. Fall asleep trying to count them all:)
